Help Desk

The Information Systems Help Desk (ISHD) is responsible for setting up initial user access, assisting with login problems, password resets, and providing application assistance for the following programs: Mainframe (Passport), SASI, CLASSxp, and SAP. Additionally, ISHD assists Encore users with password resets.

You can reach the ISHD by calling the district WAN# 0099-3300, option 1 or 799-3300, option 1. ISHD assistance is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 am through 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.
