Resolution Process for Concerns Raised by Parents, Guardians, and Community Members
Your questions matter to us!
The Clark County School District offers a clear, step-by-step process for families and community members to express and resolve concerns. Most concerns can be resolved at the school or department level. You can see an overview of the process here: (English) (Spanish)
Informal Resolution Process
Start by contacting the assigned teacher or employee with the most direct connection to your concern. You can advance your concern through this process if you are unable to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.

Each step of the Resolution Process must be followed before advancing to the next level. If you need assistance locating contact information, you can reference these documents:
- A list of schools, their principals, and their School Associate Superintendents can be found in the CCSD school directory.
- Contact information for each CCSD Department can be found in the CCSD Administrative Directory.
Formal Process - Written Concern
On rare occasions when concerns cannot be resolved at the school or department level, we have a Formal Resolution Process to help:

If you have followed Steps 1-3 in the Resolution Process, you can click here to file a Formal Written Concern. The Community Engagement Unit will assist you throughout this process.
| It’s important to note that concerns related to the following areas have other appeal processes in place and should not be routed through the Resolution Process for Concerns Raised by Parents, Guardians, and Community Members.
