Office of General Council

The Office of the General Counsel for the Clark County School District provides legal guidance and support to ensure the District operates in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This office advises the Board of School Trustees, the Superintendent, and District departments on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, employment, student rights, policy development, and litigation.
