CCSDPD Swears-In New Police Chief

CCSDPD Swears-In New Police Chief
Chief of Police

The Clark County School District Police Department (CCSDPD) held a swearing-in ceremony for new Chief of Police Jeff Clark.

The ceremony was held at Cimarron-Memorial High School, where Chief Clark graduated high school in 1996. Chief Clark was sworn-in by CCSD Superintendent Jhone Ebert.

Chief Clark previously served as a captain with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), where he helped develop a threat-assessment and response framework for K-12 campuses as part of Metro’s School Violence Initiative. He most recently led LVMPD’s Southeast Area Command.

Chief Clark was joined by CCSD Board of School Trustees Lorena Biassotti, Linda P. Cavazos, Ramona Esparza-Stofreggan and Tameka Henry. Deputy Superintendents Felicia Gonzales and Dr. Jesse Welsh also attended the event as well as CCSDPD representatives and other law enforcement agencies.
