CCSD and the College Football Playoff Foundation Celebrate Partnership to Boost Literacy

The Clark County School District (CCSD) and the College Football Playoff Foundation highlighted a partnership initiative called Project RISE (Ready Intervention for Student Empowerment) to boost student literacy across the District.

The partnership will help equip all schools with the tools and professional learning strategies to help students improve their reading skills.

The College Football Playoff Foundation will also y 15 CCSD school media centers into modern learning spaces, providing updated resources, technology, and learning environments for students.

Project RISE will include specialized training for 1,000 educators to support students with dyslexia and other reading challenges.

CCSD Superintendent Jhone Ebert celebrated the partnership during an event at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Tuesday, April 7.
