Audio Files

Audio files of Regular Board Meetings as well as most Work Sessions and Special Meetings are available beginning with the September 20, 2007, meeting. You may access the audio the next business day by:

1. Locating the meeting you are interested in and clicking on the icon that is shown in the Reference Material/BoardDocs column.  This will route you to the BoardDocs home page.
2. Once at the BoardDocs page, open the meeting of your choice.
3. Choose the agenda item you wish to hear and click on the mp3 file.

Video Replays

Video replays of Regular Board Meetings are available by clicking on the icon located in the Video column. Videos are posted within a few days of the meeting.

Live Web Casting of Regular Board Meetings

Regular Board Meetings are available to view live on the Web. Look for the link on www.ccsd.net the date of the meeting. For more information please call the Board Office at 799-1072.
