Nuisance Items
Items not directly associated with the educational program (i.e. radios, tape recorders, electronic games, cameras, water guns, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, scooters, yo-yo’s, water balloons, pets, stuffed animals, etc.) are not to be brought to school. Students found in possession of such items will have the items confiscated and may be subject to disciplinary action. Parents will need to claim confiscated items or at the conclusion of each semester, all unclaimed personal articles will be given to a charitable organization.
Cell Phones
Cell phones are only to be used before school, after school, and during lunch. They are to be off the rest of the school day. If a teacher sees or hears a cell phone in class, he/she will confiscate it and turn it into the Dean’s office. The first time a student’s phone is turned in; it will be returned to the student at the end of the day. Subsequent problems will require the parent to come in and pick up the students cell phone. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cell phones.
