Welcome to the Harley Harmon Elementary School website. Although Harmon is an older school, we are full of new ideas. The staff is dedicated to ensuring that all students have access to the best education possible using all the resources we have available to us from textbooks to technology.

We look forward to increasing parent participation at our school. Research clearly proves that there is a positive relationship between students' achievement and the degree to which their parents are involved with their education. We invite you to visit and volunteer for whatever time you have available.

We strive to maintain good communication between our school and our parents. The newest, of course, is this website. Newsletters are also sent home. My personal favorites are the family nights. Periodically throughout the year, various subject area sessions are held to reinforce school activities in the home. We encourage parents to attend these important and valuable sessions.

Hello and Welcome to the Harmon Website! This is my first year as Assistant Principal at Harmon. Getting to know the wonderful students here has been a joyful experience.
