Selecting and Registering
for Electives (2007 - 2008)
ALL STUDENTS
- Using any Internet
capable computer, log in to InTouch.
- Enter your User
ID and Password
- Click the Course
Catalog button
- Select the course
you wish to add to students course list. Select only classes that you
qualify for. Please note that you can only delete requests that you made.
Recommendations already listed were made by your teachers and can't be deleted.
Counselors will review all choices with you at a later date.
- Press Add
Selected Courses when done.
- Count number
of courses listed. Total should equal 8 (Seniors should equal 8, counting
Opens
- Print
Course Request page and return it to your “Common Elective”
teacher.
SENIORS
- You must
have minimum of 4 classes and 19 1⁄2 credits by June.
- Must have 2
classes per day in consecutive order. If you want less than 8 classes, you
must select the OPEN PERIODS you would like.
- Choose as many
electives as possible on your pre-registration worksheet. (Remember, extra
Math, Science, Foreign Language, etc. can be considered electives)
- Don’t
choose classes you have passed unless they are repeatable.
- Choose only
electives you qualify for. (Failure to choose enough electives will require
the counselor to choose for you.)
- Students who
sign up for Marketing Education may also take Cooperative Work Experience.
- Student Aides
or Applied Office Practice (AOP) students MUST have a completed application
form. A 2.5 cumulative grade point average is required (see transcript)
