Clark High School offers three magnet programs within the comprehensive
school setting: The Academy of Mathematics, Science and Applied Technology
(A.M.S.A.T.), the Academy of Finance (AOF) and the Teacher Education
Academy at Clark High School (T.E.A.C.H.). These programs focus on
a specialized area of study as the student moves through their high school
coursework. The benefits of being involved in a magnet program include:
reduced student/teacher ratio, college credits available, extended instructional
day, unique curriculum, and collaboration with UNLV and CCSN. Students
interested in a magnet program will need to fill out a magnet application
for admission consideration.
