History

First robotics team 2061 was started in 2007 at Canyon Springs HS by Mr. Dan Smith. Our rookie year was a really good success but we could have done better and thats why we plan on doing this year. We went to the LV Regional with a 4 person team. We won the highest Rookie Seed Award and ranked 7 out of 51 of the whole competition. We also came in 2nd place in qualifying matches and were a pre-finalist.

This will be our second-year in the First Robotics Competition and plan to be better that last year. We also plan on gaining much more knowledge and showing our new members what it is about.
