Sports Physicals

Sports physicals will be given on May 22, 2008 at Cimarron Memorial High School at 5:30 pm. The cost of the physical is $25.00. All of this money will be given back to Bonanza athletic department. Bonanza students must have a Bonanza physical packet with them. They may pick on up from the athletic office.

Any Clark County School District student that intends to participate in interscholastic sports in the 2008 - 2009 school year may attend the screening but:

*must be accompanied by a parent and or legal guardian.

*must be going into the 10th grade and up (no middle school students).

*must have the NIAA form B and D from their school (forms will not be available at the screening)

*fees will be assessed via cash or check made out to the student's High School.
