This form is not an application! It is intended solely for internal purposes and is designed to be used by current employees of the Clark County School District only.

To pre-qualify for positions, please follow these steps:

1. Complete a “QSP Request Form.” Click on the button below to download the QSP Form.

(If you cannot view the QSP Form after downloading, you must have Acrobat Reader installed in your computer, click here if you need to download software)

2. Attach all supporting documentation (i.e. high school diploma, CPR, etc.).

3. Hand carry, forward through CCSD mail or send through U.S. mail the completed “QSP Request Form” along with all supporting documentation to the Support Staff Personnel office. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

Once your QSP Request Form has been processed and approved, you will be notified through CCSD or U.S. mail. After you receive this notification, you may begin to apply for vacancies as they occur. Please check the web site for current in-district vacancies. Additionally, vacancies are posted at CCSD school sites and departments.
