Question: Why can't I access the request for application?
Answer:
The request for application form is only available when there
are advertised positions on the web page. The CCSD only accepts
applications for positions that are currently being advertised.
Question:
I completed the request for application form and was given a password.
I entered some of the information, but then had to leave my computer.
When I went back to my application, all the information I entered
previously was gone. What happened?
Answer:
The application will allow you to save changes and return to the
application, but you must click on the UPDATE button located at
the bottom of the application before exiting the system.
Question:
I keep getting error messages when I try to submit my application.
What's wrong?
Answer:
The most frequent error messages occur because of incorrect
date format. This program will only recognize 4-digit years. Therefore,
you must enter the date format as 09/27/2001. The date format
09/27/01 will not be accepted. Before you hit the FINAL SUBMIT
button, please take a moment to go back through your application,
and check for omissions or errors that will prevent your application
from being accepted.
Question:
I just completed my application and submitted it. What should
I do? Answer: When you have submitted your application, please
print out a copy of the application to be signed and dated. This
signed copy must be submitted to the following address within
7 days of electronic submission of the application:

Is that all you need from me?
Answer:
You will also need to submit transcripts and any other required
documentation along with the signed application (i.e., contracts,
evaluations, licenses). We will contact you if we need further
information or if we do not receive all your application materials.

a regular basis.
