Mission
To produce and preserve environments for learning by providing safe, secure, physical structures with amenities to enhance and promote educational activities and maximize academic achievement for all students within the Clark County School District with a commitment to excellent service, exceptional communication, and uncommon diligence.
Requirements: Provides a single point of contact for each CCSD site location for all facility construction and maintenance work. Facilities Service Region Representatives (FSRR) are facility-based liaisons that work directly with the Region Superintendents. They coordinate region facilities issues and standards and act as a working supervisor for each Facilities Service Representative (FSR) at schools within the region.
Facilities Service Representatives (FSR) provide the school administrators with regards to various construction activities on a schools campus. They provide coordination and communication for facility-related projects generating reviewing and analyzing work orders.
Special Projects: Handles all the in-house rehabilitation and modernization on existing facilities for the Clark County School District. Special Projects is an in-house construction company, operating under four major discipline sections: Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, and Painting. This section also furnishes its’ own project schedules and provides quality assurance and quality control as well. The work handles ranges fro basic construction type activities to installing fiber optics, demolishing and rebuilding a facility to installing a new computer network. A successful operation means getting the job done ahead of schedule, at a low cost, and minimum interruption to the school facility.
