Administrative Management oversees the District's Contracts, Procurement, and Compliance functions for construction projects, Emergency Management Operations, Bond Oversight Committee, Information and Records Management Services, Building Department, and Environmental Services.

Contracts, Procurement, and Compliance:  Provides contract administration and certified payroll compliance for Public Works’ construction bidding and management strictly regulated under Nevada Revised Statutes 338.

Emergency Management Operations: Develops and publishes the District's Emergency Action Plan and the District's Emergency Operations Plan. Represents the district in all emergency planning actions and exercises.

Bond Oversight Committee:  Provides administrative support to the Board of School Trustees’ Bond Oversight Committee.  The Bond Oversight Committee provides financial, bond, and investment oversight of the District’s capital improvement program to ensure accountability to the public.

Information and Records Management Services: Manages the division's Records Management Program with appropriate procedures, legal archiving, and storage. Assists with the district's emergency management operations. Develops division-wide administrative procedures, handbooks, workflow function charts, and organizational charts. Performs work tasks analysis and recommended organizational structures. Serves as a certified records management resource to other district divisions as requested.

Building Department: IAS Accredited Building Department with certified ICC Inspectors and plan examiners. Provides all plan review and code compliance inspections for the District's new and modernization construction projects. Oversees all plan review and work of in-house construction projects to assure code compliance. Accomplishes extended contract administration services on new school projects. Operates under NRS 393.110, in which the Board of School Trustees shall establish a building department for the school district.

Environmental Services: Provides district-wide oversight for industrial hygiene, asbestos, hazardous material and hazardous waste management, and asbestos and environmental regulatory compliance. Manages the District's respiratory protection program. Prepares and issues architectural and engineering services agreements for asbestos abatement and renovation projects.
