Girl Scout Troop 199 improves safety around Rhodes ES

Las Vegas Girl Scout Troop 199 is doing its part to ensure CCSD students are “smart and safe” when they return to class in the fall. As reported by KTNV-TV, the girls put stencils on the ground around Betsy Rhodes Elementary School on June 12, 2012, reminding children to be careful in crossing the street. Girl Scout Clarissa Stout said, "We think this will get more people to pay attention, to be safer, using crosswalks.”
