Morrow ES student artwork featured in Henderson exhibit

The City of Henderson will expand its collection of art galleries during July 2012, welcoming Gallery at the Garden inside the Hilton Garden Inn, 1340 W. Warm Springs Road. As the community’s first off-site children’s art exhibit, the new gallery will showcase artwork from Henderson elementary and middle school students for a year. The inaugural show will feature 15 pieces of artwork created by Sue Morrow Elementary School students. Scheduled to run through Oct. 27, 2012, the display will include a unique palette of colorful masterpieces, represented by a compilation of oil, watercolor and pastel paintings. Gallery at the Gardens is open to the public and admission is complimentary.
