Spring Valley HS to receive $30K in donations

Twenty volunteers will deliver more than $30,000 in cash, food, hygiene products and school supplies to Spring Valley High School on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012. The items were collected for Spring Valley's students during a seven-day "Giver Game" adopt-a-school campaign. Giver Game is a volunteer philanthropy project developed by ChoiceCenter Leadership University. It is described as the "Amazing Race" version of charitable giving.
