Congratulations to Spelling Bee Finals winners

The 2012-2013 CCSD Spelling Bee Finals were held Dec. 12, 2012 at Vegas PBS. Below are the winners:

8th Grade

Champion - Kaylee Edwards, White MS

Runner-up - John Ollado, Robison MS

7th Grade

Champion - Hayli Rothmund, Silvestri JHS

Runner-up - Ethan Ferrall, Lawrence JHS

6th Grade

Champion - Eri Leong, Martin MS

Runner-up - Natalie Gutierrez, Lawrence JHS

Each of the above students will compete at the state level event on March 2, 2013. The 12/12/12 bee can be seen on Vegas PBS, Ch. 10, on Dec. 17 at 4:30 p.m. and again on Dec. 23 at 7:30 a.m.
