NWCTA Senior Awards Night to be held May 22
The Northwest Career and Technical Academy will hold its Senior Awards Night on Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Among the highlights will be the presentation of proceeds from the 5th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament, held April 28, 2012 at the Highland Falls Golf Course in Sun City, Summerlin. Under the direction of NWCTA’s David Philippi, the event was a huge success with 124 participants and 80+ business partners contributing goods and/or services. The winning team with a score of 55 (tournament record), sponsored by Pain in the Pipe Plumbing (Hat sponsor), was comprised of Tom Walls, Brian Smith, Randy Runkle and David Robinson. The tournament will fund two scholarships for each program area in addition to the NWCTA Male and Female Student of the Year.
