Parents pledge to drive carefully in new school year

The Nevada PTA held its annual leadership training at Palo Verde High School on Aug. 18, 2012, attracting about 300 local parents. As KTNV-TV reports, many parents signed a pledge to be careful on the roadways and keep pedestrians safe as the new school year gets under way.
