The Clark County School District (CCSD) will host a series of public input meetings throughout November to involve parents, employees and members of the community in a conversation about the district’s sex education curriculum. "The district is looking forward to taking this next step in the right direction," said CCSD Superintendent Pat Skorkowsky. "We want the community to know that we are listening and that we are committed to collaborating with them to determine what should be taught in our schools. It is important to us that we have a sex education curriculum that meets our students' needs while respecting the values of our community."
