College and career readiness are among the key factors in high school ranking system

The ranking system for CCSD high schools, unveiled on May 24, 2012, rates  schools on graduation, college and career readiness, academic growth and student engagement. It assigns each school a ranking from “Five Star” for the top schools and “One Star” for schools most in need of improvement.
