CCSD starts a tradition with its first summer high school graduation

Aug. 15, 2012, was a landmark day for the Clark County School District. The district held its first high school graduation ceremony. About 230 students took part in the ceremony, held at the Las Vegas Academy of International Studies, Performing & Visual Arts. Among the speakers was CCSD Superintendent Dwight D. Jones.
