Clark County School District Deputy Superintendent Pat Skorkowsky joined hundreds of local parents and students who attended the Back To School Fair at the Boulevard Mall on Aug. 18, 2012. Skorkowsky showed his support for students by rolling up his sleeves for immunization shots prior to the start of the new school year. The immunizations are required by law before students can enroll in school, and were available courtesy of the Southern Nevada Health District. Pictured with Skorkowsky is Lewis E. Rowe Elementary School second grade student Isabel Dorado-Gentry, who displayed her immunization documents after receiving her shots.
