Children invited to book festival Nov. 3

The Vegas Valley Book Festival will feature an entire day of festivities for children and youth on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at the Historic Fifth St. School, located at 401 S. Fourth St. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., children and families will be able to enjoy nationally recognized authors, local authors, theatrical performances, storytellers, free books, costumed characters, hands-on activities, informational booths and much more.
