Program helps juvenile traffic offenders become safer drivers

The Henderson Municipal Court has joined with the American Traffic Academy in a program to help juvenile traffic offenders become safer drivers. As reported by the View, the program aims to “modify the long-term driving behavior of young drivers while teaching them life-saving collision avoidance skills they might not learn in driver's education courses.”
