CCSDPD Divisions
Touted as one of the fastest growing school districts in the United States, the Clark County School District has a student population of approximately 307,783 students, over 35,000 employees and over 350 properties. The dedicated CCSDPD patrol and campus officers responded to approximately 35,000 calls for service last year. The officers are deployed to ten geographical zones, throughout Clark County, in the normal course of their tour of duty.
All of the officers are assigned to the Law Enforcement/ Administrative Division (LE/AD) or the Law Enforcement/Investigative Division (LE/ID). Both the LE/AD and the LE/ID control a geographic portion of the Patrol Operations as well as other specialized sections.
