Operations Support Unit

The Operations Support Unit comprises most of the non-instructional functions of the school district; including Accounting, Budget, Demographics & Zoning, Employee Management Relations, ERP, Facilities, Facilities & Bond Fund Financial Management, Food Services, Payroll, Purchasing, Real Property Management, Risk Management, Technology, Transportation, and Vegas PBS. These divisions and departments serve our primary customers (schools and staff) by providing information and support related to finance, technology, facilities, and material resources. We do so while constantly seeking to maintain the highest standards of financial stewardship for the resources entrusted to us by the citizens of Clark County.
