The Procurement of goods and commodities for Clark County School District are governed by applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and Clark County School District (CCSD) Regulations 3310-16 and are handled by the District’s centralized Purchasing Department. The Clark County School District encourages participation by all minority, women-owned, and disadvantaged firms.
The Clark County School District is a member of an electronic bid notification program, Demandstar. This hosting service will provide automatic bid notification and instant access to bid information via the Internet or fax-on-demand. Suppliers are encouraged to register with Demandstar to automatically receive notification of the District’s bid, proposal, and quote solicitations. Suppliers may register for Onvia Demandstar services, online, at www.demandstar.com or by requesting a faxed registration form by calling (800) 711-1712. All purchases for goods and commodities must be formally competed in compliance with NRS 332.
