In high school, Clark County School District students have the opportunity to study a variety of scientific disciplines. Students can also choose to take Honors or Advanced Placement science courses. Each student must take at least two science courses; those planning for college need to include a laboratory class.

Program Outcomes

Each CCSD science course has a specific scope and series of goals. These are provided to parents at the beginning of the school year.
