• Cancellations require a 24-hour notice to receive a refund.

  • Refunds will not be made after a class has begun.

  • Refunds will be subject to a $10 processing fee.

  • PDE classes are self-supporting; therefore, courses may be cancelled if the minimum enrollment is not met.

  • The PDE office will make every effort to inform registrants as quickly as possible should a course be cancelled. If this should occur, a full refund will be issued.
