Program Goals

To provide adult mentors from the business community to offer support and guidance to high school seniors who are off track to graduate. Mentors will encourage students to graduate and will promote future education and career focus.

How to Become a Mentor

The Reclaim Your Future Mentoring Project asks community and business volunteers to serve as mentors to CCSD high school seniors who are off track to graduate. These trained adult role models provide guidance and support to a young person to ensure graduation is achieved. This project is a partnership between CCSD, Workforce Connections and the United Way focusing on improving the graduation rate in the Clark County School District.
