Refund Procedure: Online Credit Card Registration

  • If you registered via Pathlore, you must cancel via Pathlore (Click Enrollment Information link) 24-hours before the class is scheduled to begin in order to receive a refund. If you cancel after the 24-hour time restriction, a refund will not be processed.



    Refund Procedure: Check/Money Order Registration

  • If you registered with a check or money order, contact the PDE office at least 24-hours before the class is scheduled to begin to request a refund.

  • For weekend cancellations, call the PDE Office and leave a voicemail message with your name, the course you are cancelling and the start date of the class.

  • Refunds take approximately 2-3 weeks for processing. Upon approval, refund checks will be mailed to the address indicated on the PDE Registration Form (CCF-159).
