The Clark County School District Bristlecone Storytelling Festival is an exciting, voluntary program offered to our students in grades 4 through 12.  Clark County school librarians and teachers have embraced the program as it promotes book selection skills and reading for a purpose.

Students are taught the basics of storytelling, including the skill of selecting appropriate stories suitable for sharing aloud.

The Bristlecone Storytelling Festival culminates in May with public performances at selected public libraries and school auditoriums.
